Members - Plan Now for the Fall Festival
If you are a club member, mark your calendar now to attend our 2009 Fall Festival held November 19–22 at Unicoi Lodge in Helen, Georgia. We fully expect we’ll have another great year. As in the past few years, we will pre-register for all workshops. This has proven to be efficient and effective, and we have been able to accommodate all participants who registered with very few changes during the festival. That meant our instructors could utilize their full teaching time.
Some of our more popular instructors will be returning: Ken Bloom, Mike Clemmer, Jeff and Janet Furman, Bing Futch, Guy George, Terry and Pam Lewis, Anne Lough, Bill and Jewel Magee, Agene Parsons, Les Scott, and Wayne Seymour.
Some of the new names that were suggested on your evaluation forms from last year are Linda Brockinton, Lee Cagle, Bruce Ford, Lorinda Jones, Lee Rowe, Bill Taylor, and Kendra Ward and Bob Bence. As you can see, we have a wonderful lineup of faculty ready to bring us great workshops and concerts. Be sure to make your Unicoi Lodge reservations early to guarantee accommodations.
When you receive the registration packet in August, please complete it promptly to be certain that you will be one of the 300 to enjoy the festival. We will have a strict limit of 300 NGFDA member participants.
